We have been recommending the use of foam rollers over the past year since they help us achieve our goals with our active patients and also allow them to train more effectively.
Foam rollers are inexpensive, and can be purchased for as little as $20 at your local Target. They come in different sizes and densities. Better rollers are available for under $50. Many of the smaller ones are quite effective and can fit in your athletic bag.
