Directions Scotch Plains Direction From the Northeast Take Garden State Pkwy to exit 135 (clark). Stay in right lane and pass the Shoprite supermarket. The next light is Raritan Rd. in Clark. Go through the light to the following light (Terminal Ave, Synergy Bank on corner). Make left and go the end (blinking light, Westfield Rd.). Make right and go over train tracks. Make left at first street (Lamberts Mill Rd, Church on corner). Go approx 1 mile, pass park and make left on the Raritan Rd. Scotch Plains. Pass diner (Park Place) and make left on Raritan Rd as the road begins to turn right (see Ashbrook golf course on left side. Pass Jason Court on right and turn into second driveway on right (1281 Raritan Rd). Go in through garage and as you enter back yard, make first left and enter big room behind the garage which is the home office. Other than the sign for the house number, there are no other markings indicating this is a doctors office. From Rt. 22 Go to Terrill Rd. (Sears on corner) and go down Terrill about 3–4 miles. As road starts to turn, make right on to Raritan Rd. (signs for Ashbrook golf course). Pass Jason Court on right and turn into second driveway on right (1281 Raritan Rd). Go in through garage and as you enter back yard, make first left and enter big room behind the garage which is the home office. Other than the sign for the house number, there are no other markings indicating this is a doctors office. From New York Take Staten Island Expressway to Goethels Bridge. Take exit toward Rt 1 South. Take Rt 1 south to North Styles. Make right at light and go to St. Georges Ave. Make left. Go approximately 4 miles to Lake Ave (gas station on corner and light). Make right and go for approximately 4–5 miles, passing Raritan Rd. in Clark. At Raritan Rd. Scotch Plains (Park Place diner on corner and traffic light). Make left. As the road begins to turn right (see Ashbrook golf course on left side. Pass Jason Court on right and turn into second driveway on right (1281 Raritan Rd). Go in through garage and as you enter back yard, make first left and enter big room behind the garage which is the home office.
