Diabetes, low blood sugar, insulin resistance and other sugar related issues in the body sometimes need some help with regulation. Of course, diabetics are known for their problems with high sugar and exercise has been a recommendation for those suffering from the problem.
New research now suggests that the way we exercise may control sugar much better than by just exercising once. The idea of so called exercise snacks or periods of exercise throughout the day actually can help control sugar levels much better than exercise a few times per week. This can usually be done during the work day by taking the stairs, doing pushups or other exercises periodically during the day during breaks.
