The Real Reason the Cancer Industry Never Talks About Prevention
I came across this interesting article and video on Mercola.com. As many of our patients know, I am concerned about the overall ineffectiveness of cancer care, and the fact that the industry really does not wish to find a cure. Some may think this is outrageous, however, cancer treatment is a huge money making machine. If they ever found a cure, huge businesses like Sloan Kettering would no longer have a business model, especially, if the cure was prevention.
It is scary to me that the business of healthcare is about coming up with expensive and convoluted ways of trying to kill or cut out cancer, without attempting to understand what it is. We then try to use a sledge hammer on it (chemo therapy drugs) which often have overstated benefits.
There are other ideas on the disease, but somehow, they seem to all be disproven or disqualified (examples include An Italian oncologist, Dr. Tullio Simoncini who has successfully treated it with Baking soda (http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/sodium-bicarbonate-treatment.html) or vitamin B 17 otherwise known as Laetrile). Since these are not expensive and convoluted, how can they actually cure cancer?
Let me know what you think?
