Coca Cola sets the record straight with their new health based marketing campaign; should you believe their spin on obesity?

Well of course, the narrative was that sugary drinks cause obesity, but Coca Cola, according to a recent NY Times article says the science supports fitness and active lifestyles as how to stay slim, fit and healthy and that the sugary drinks are not the problem.

Whatever your belief, they make some interesting points in this recent article. Maybe Coca Cola isn’t so bad (but that Fructose Corn Syrup, on the other hand is horrible for us) after all, and maybe they are right, but of course, soft drinks in moderation are likely not going to harm us in the long run. Some soft drink makers are now switch off corn syrup and moving toward regular sugar, which tastes better and is less bad for us in an effort to win more customers.
