  K tape,  all the rage but does it really work and what should we expect from it? A few years ago  Asian athletes were competing in the Olympics with tape on their shoulders and other body parts.   Kinesio tape (K-tape) had begun its rise to mainstream acceptance within the athletic community.   Since then, other companies have tried to improve or imitate what it does.
