Are your running problems coming from supination, also known as under pronation?  Here are some tips from Runner’s World Magazine. Flat feet, otherwise known as overpronation is well known for causing problems such as shin pain, ankle and knee problems.   Supination is more related to high arches, and it too can be problematic in a runner due to the stiffness of the arch. As mentioned in a previous blog, there are changes occurring in the type of running shoe designs now being offered to the public.
