The New Year is upon us, and with it comes new expectations for the world, ourselves, our patients, and our families. This past year has been bittersweet, but we welcomed a new granddaughter, Isabella, into our family. This was huge. We all read about the constant chaos that surrounds us, but it’s important to keep perspective on what is important. This past Thanksgiving, we were in Naples, Florida, visiting my daughter, her husband’s family, and my mom, who is 99 years old. I had the opportunity to work on women’s pro tackle football, which is growing along with the sport, which is becoming an official varsity sport in 2026 in many high schools throughout NJ. The varsity sport will be flag football, and there is growing interest in colleges to begin those programs as well. I hope the world becomes a safer and more cooperative place that we can all enjoy. We should all consider leading healthier lifestyles for the New Year to benefit ourselves, our children, our families, and we have a right to live life pain-free. Sometimes, we just need to make the right choices. As your chiropractor, we are here to help, and it has been a privilege to do this for over 40 years. We keep healthcare simple, healthy, and help you stay healthy naturally. I get to serve the public in my own practice, entering my 39th year helping others. While this past year has been challenging for many reasons, I am looking forward to a fresh beginning in 2026. Things our patients need to do for 2026 to ensure a smooth transition to the New Year.
