    It is spring and time to shop for running shoes. Here are some new shoes courtesy of Runners High. It’s spring, and it is time to look for new running shoes. Much has changed in the designs being offered by well known manufacturers over the past two years. We have gone from minimalist designs to a more traditional route using more creative materials in the shoes, to decrease running stress and improve running times.
