Fasting for three days; Is it good for you and what does it do to your body? Many of us have been on diets that help us lose weight. Unfortunately, most of us regain what we lost after we go off the diet. This yo-yo effect is not good for the body and can result in diseases such as insulin resistance and ultimately diabetes.
