Is there an optimal diet for human beings? Whole grains, ancient grains, meat, no meat, vegetarian, vegan, Mediterranean; is there an optimal diet for human beings?  The NY Times recently explored this idea based on a recent study of hunter gatherer groups that are in excellent health.
