The psoas muscle is the most powerful muscle in the body and is often involved in chronic back, shoulder and neck problems. Stretching and relaxing this muscle is complicated, but if you understand how to do it properly, you can get a great amount of relief and improved flexibility by improving the way this muscle works.
Here, I demonstrate how to do this stretch standing, and I include close up views as well as some graphics of the psoas muscles anatomy so you properly understand what you are doing and why.
