Dr. William Charschan is now a certified medical examiner for the Department of Transportation and will offer DOT evaluations for Truck Drivers. If you are a truck driver, you are required to have an evaluation to evaluate your fitness for driving the vehicle.   These evaluations must be done minimally every two years to evaluate a drivers fitness for duty and level of safety when driving a large vehicle.
