 Dr. C offers medical help to participants at the Open/Masters 5k Cross Country Championships. The cross country season is off to an early start this year.  I had the pleasure of being at Natirar park this past Sunday morning to help out at the Open and Masters 5k cross country championships. It was a wonderful cool August morning and it was a great day to run as well.   From our perspective, with ages from 18 through 80, there were no injuries and no problems during this 5k race which was completed by some in less than 15 minutes.   Read More »
